North Colby Town
Wally Beattre of White Lake is staying at the home of his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Sterzinger, and family during the school vacation. He came Saturday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wiersig and family and Melvin Gosse visited Sunday afternoon at the Otto Dins home.
Mr. and Mrs. Earl Schiley and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Beyerl left for LeRoy Sunday morning where they attended a funeral of a relative. They returned home Monday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. John Schommer were visitors at the Wm. E. Gosse home Sunday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Gerhardt Schmidt and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Mandel, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Dins and son, Allen, and Carl Radtke visited Sunday afternoon at the Wm. Staffeil home.
Mrs. August Schueler and daughters, Elfrieda and Minnie, Mrs. Xavier Arschambo and Mrs. Helen Neubauer were among those of this vicinity who attended the Lutheran Ladies Aid at Abbotsford, Mrs. Hans Amacher and Mrs. Clarence Gosse were hostesses.
Many people of this vicinity attended the wedding dance Tuesday evening at the armory of Miss Luella Riel and Mr. Armond Duellman.
