Bunce, Gwen (Marriage - 16 July 1942)
Miss Gwen Bunce, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Bunce, Black River Falls, and Fred Kluhsman, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Kluhsman, 141 Prospect Street, Neillsville, will be united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. today, July 16, 1942, at the Lutheran Parsonage at Black River Falls. The single-ring ceremony was used.
Beverly Bunce, sister of the bride, and Fred Stelter, Neillsville, were the attendants.
The bride was graduated from Black River Falls High School. For a time she was a public welfare worker in that city. She also had been employed at the Lewerenz Sweet Shop for about six months. Mr. Kluhsman was graduated from the Neillsville High School. He is employed, at present, with the Model Laundry. The couple plans to move to Milwaukee where he will be employed in defense work.
A dance will be given at the Lake Arbutus pavilion the evening in observance of the marriage event.
