Berger, Anna L. (2 July 1860 - 13 May 1937)

Funeral services for Miss Anna L. Berger, 76, Abbotsford, who died on Thursday morning at the home of her niece, Mrs. J. A. Rilling, were held Sunday afternoon at the Presbyterian church at Abbotsford, the Rev. L. C. Smith officiating. Pall bearers were Al Strebe, George Greasier, Maurice Thompson, Vane Kokey, W. O. Colby and William Daely. Flowers were in charge of the Royal Neighbors and Eastern Star. Out-of-town relatives and friends who attended the services included J. L. Smith, Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Rilling and Mr. and Mrs. John Rilling, Wausau, Mrs. Sophie Smith, Rhinelander, and Edwin Schiebe, of Marshfield.

Miss Berger was born July 2, 1860, in Leipzig, Germany, and has made her home with her niece, Mrs. J. A. Rilling for the past 21 years. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. J. L. Smith, Chicago, Ill., and Mrs. Emma Bauersfed, Leipzig, Germany.
