Kesler, Louise Ethel (Marriage - 2 June 1937)
A very pretty wedding took place at St. Mary’s Catholic church Wednesday morning, Rev. L. J. Lang performing the ceremony, when Miss Louise Ethel Kesler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kesler, became the bride of Mr. Arnold J. Ohlinger, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Ohlinger, Sr. The couple was attended by Lorraine Kesler and Hilarian Schmitt.
The bride was attired in a beautiful dress of powder blue sheer crepe and lace and her bouquet consisted of briar roses, larkspur and swansonia. The bridesmaid wore a dress of pale pink crepe and her bouquet consisted of pink carnations and swansonia.
A wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride’s parents, the home being nicely decorated with blue, pink and white streamers for the occasion.
The newlyweds left on a wedding trip to Southern Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio and will be at home after June 25th at Dorchester where the groom is engaged in farming.
