Hass, Mr./Mrs. Art (65th - 16 June 2007)

Art and Isabelle Haas celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary June 16, 2007, with a get-together with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren at Shortner Park, Abbotsford, Wis.

Art and Isabelle (Mayr) Haas were married June 11th, 1942, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Bernard’s Church, Abbotsford, Wis. Their reception was held at Isabelle’s parent’s farm in Stetsonville with a wedding dance at Colby Park.

They first farmed in Stetsonville and then famed 32 years on a farm east of Unity, retiring in October 1980. They belong to St. Bernard’s Church, Abbotsford, Wis.

During the years of their marriage, they had seven children; Joyce (Reggie) Morrigson, VA, Rita (Richard) Koehn, Unity, Robert (Marion) Haas, Unity, Leonard (Mary) Haas, Colby, Judy (Dennis ) Blazel, Marshall and Karen (Ricky) Block, Stetsonville and ad son Art Hass Jr., (Deceased ), and his wife Joanne Hass, Madison

They had 25 grandchildren, including grandson Joshua block who is deceased; and 14 great-grandchildren.
