WEST TOWNSHEND -- Ruby M. (Schuette) Court, 83, of West Townshend, died Monday, Aug. 23, 2004, at Grace Cottage Hospital in Townshend.

She was born on April 26, 1921, the daughter of Walter H. and Amy (Meyer) Schuette in Unity, Wis.

Prior to her marriage she was vice president of a financial organization in New York City and director of several financial companies.

On Jan. 4, 1970, she was married to Lee Winslow Court in Winchester, Mass. He predeceased her.

Mrs. Court is survived by three stepchildren, eight stepgrandchildren, a brother, a sister, and eight great-grandchildren, all residing in the Midwest.

Funeral services for Mrs. Court will be private and at the convenience of the family. There are to be no calling hours.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mrs. Court's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
