Janke, Marcia Mae (Marriage - 12 Sept. 1942)
Miss Marcia Mae Janke returned home Monday night from Fort Sheridan, Ill., with a real surprise for her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Janke. The young woman was married to Private Donald Edward Frei at three p.m. Saturday, September 12, at Waukegan, Ill.
Mr. Frei, a young man from Black River Falls, was graduated from the high school in that city from the high school in that city in 1939. Mrs. Frei having graduated from the Neillsville High School in 1942. The bride will remain at the home of her parents for the present.
