Brecht, Patrick M. (1 June 1950 – 4 Oct. 2005)

Patrick M. Brecht, 55, of Sleepy Hollow, Ill., died on Tuesday, October 4, 2005, at Sherman West Court in Elgin, Ill. He was born on June 1, 1950, in Loyal, Wis., the son of Herman and Mabel (Vogel) Brecht. He was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Church in West Dundee, Ill.

He is survived by his children, Jeremy Brecht and Stephanie Brecht, both of Sleepy Hollow; a brother, Wayne (Jane) Brecht of Chili, Wis.; and a sister, Carol (Tiny) Vick of Mabton, Wash.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Myra Jean Brecht on October 22, 2004; and a brother, Michael Brecht.

A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, October 8, 2005, at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, with Rev. David Austin officiating. Burial was in River Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, West Dundee.
