Blahnik, Helen Ann (25 Oct. 1926 – 17 Apr. 2004)
Helen Ann Blahnik, formerly of Green Bay, Wis., died Saturday morning, April 17, 2004, at Arbor East Care Center, Columbus, Ohio. She was born on July 26, 1906, in Owen, Wis., to the late Steve and Mary (Novak) Cichocki. On Oct. 25, 1926, she married Albert J. Blahnik, he preceded her in death in March 1960.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Jill Blahnik; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, grandson, Steve and Terrie Blahnik and family, Joseph, Andrew, Megan; granddaughter, Tresea Underwood, daughters, Tawnya, Jessica, Laura; grandson, David and Sherry Blahnik daughter Abigail and granddaughter, Julie and David Nichols, sons, Brian and Kevin; brothers and sisters, Sally Nelson, Seymour; Stella Goodman, Chicago; Arthur and Dorothy Cichocki, De Pere; Irene Straub, Pulaski; Evelyn Vanden Huvel, Green Bay; Beatrice and Lyle Schroeder, De Pere; Alma and Roy Koerner, Green Bay; Ruth Virbick, Green Bay; Bernard and Ruth Cichocki, Howards Grove; nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.
Three brothers, Theodore, John and Harry preceded her in death.
Burial will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery with a 10 a.m. Mass on Tuesday, April 27, 2004, in the mausoleum chapel.
