Elstrom, Charles H. (19 Aug. 1923 - 24 Sept. 2006)

Charles H. Elstrom, of Grayslake, formerly a 35 year resident of Lake Forest, died Sept. 24 a Condell Medical Center, Libertyville.

He was born Aug. 19, 1923 in Owen, Wis. Mr. Elstrom was a World War II veteran and he served as Master of the A.O. Fay Masonic Lodge 676.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Evelyn (nee Sterling); his children, David and Lynn of Libertyville, and Gail of Gurnee; five grandchildren; and eight sisters and three brothers.

Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements were made with the Cremation Society of Illinois.
