Weyhmiller, Mrs. Otto (23 Sept. 1888 - 1 Oct. 1942)

Mrs. Weyhmiller, wife of Clark County Highway Commissioner, Otto J. Weyhmiller, died at her home at Loyal at 6:30 p.m., October 1, of pneumonia. Mrs. Weyhmiller had been confirmed to her bed for the past two years, following a state of partial invalidism over a period of about sixteen years.

The departed was born at Hartford, Wis., to Mr. and Mrs. George Anderson on September 23, 1888, coming to Clark County with her parents as a young girl. She attended school at Hartford, Loyal and Unity, graduating from the Loyal High school in 1906. Following her graduation, she taught for several years in the town of Beaver.

On the 25th day of March, 1914, she was married to Otto Weyhmiller at Loyal. That village had been their home continuously since their marriage.

Mrs. Weyhmiller was a member of the Methodist church and of the Royal Neighbor lodge.

She is survived by her husband, two sons and a daughter, Miss Harriet, who lived at home. The sons, both of whom are in the U. S. Service are: Kenneth, in the Coast Guard, San Pedro, Calif.; and Maurice, at Great Lakes, Naval Training Station, Ill., both of whom were able to be home for the rites. The daughter had been at home with her mother. Also surviving are the aged father, George Anderson, Loyal, a sister, Mrs. Ethel Dwyer, Kila, Mont., and two brothers, Ray Anderson, Rockford, Ill., and Verne Anderson, Eau Claire.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, at Loyal, the rites being held in the M. E. Church there, the Rev. Myron E. Taylor conducting. Interment was made in the Loyal Cemetery.
