Lorbeck, Orma (13 Sept. 1922 - 20 May 2006)

Orma "Chickie" Lorbeck, née Turenne, 83, a 55-year resident of Northlake, died May 20 in the Lutheran Home, Arlington Heights.

Mrs. Lorbeck was born Sept. 13, 1922, in Withee, Wis. Prior to her retirement her occupation was bookkeeping for a food company.

She was mother of Suzanne (David) Myers and Cheryl Lusnia; grandmother of Jonathan and Jessica Myers, and Kelly and Brian Lusnia; sister of Violet (Frank) Hendricks, Inez Haas, Bernice Fry, Nicky Miskanis, Frieda (John) Dumalski, Harvey (Bernice) Turenne, and Glenn (Carol) Turenne; and aunt of many. Mrs. Lorbeck was preceded in death by her husband Jerome J. and son Kenneth.

Visitation was held May 22 in Ahlgrim Funeral Home, Elmhurst. Funeral services were conducted May 23 in the Northlake Lutheran Church. Interment was private in Mount Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst.
