Losiewicz, Helen (1880 - 4 JAN 1940)
Mrs. Anton Losiewicz, 59, passed away at the hospital at Chippewa Falls on Thursday, Jan. 4th, 1940, after an illness of a week’s duration.
Helen Losiewicz was born in Poland and came to America when fourteen year of age. She has been a resident of Lublin for the past 29 years.
She leaves to mourn, seven children, Joe, Steve, Felix and Sophie of Lublin, Mrs. Jennie Grendzinski of Thorp, Mrs. Frances Nowrock and Mrs. Wanda Fortek of Chicago, and six grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Polish National Church at Lublin on Monday morning, Jan. 8th at ten o’clock. Rev. Polaszewski officiating, and interment taking place in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers were Joe Slachetka, Anton Dombrowski, Adolph Kobylinski, Adolph Burzynski, John Duda and Teofil Liss.
Relatives called to Lublin by the death of Mrs. Anton Losiewicz were Mr. and Mrs. Theo. Kijak and Mr. and Mrs. Casimer Szymanski of Chicago, and Mr. and Mrs. Peter Losiewicz of Detroit.
