A group of Neillsville and Granton folks, including Mr. and Mrs. Frank Greeler, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Greeler, Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Greeler and daughter, Janice, Alvin Lavine, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Winkleman and Mrs. Wheeler Forman drove to Spencer last Wednesday to attend the funeral of Mrs. Helen Schwantes, who was a sister-in-law of Mrs. William Naedler and Mrs. Charlie Greeler. She suffered at stroke Jan. 22nd, 1942, having been practically helpless since. Quite a number of other relatives and friends from Milwaukee, Marion and Colby also were in attendance. All were supper guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Manthe, a daughter of the departed, who resides near Unity, Wis.
