Molle, Bernice (Marriage - 15 Dec. 1942)
Miss Bernice Molle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Molle, Unity, Wis., and Emanuel Zimmerman, son of the Rev. and Mrs. Ethan Zimmerman, Unity, were united in marriage at four p.m. Dec. 15, at Riplinger, Wis., the Rev. Gerhardt Reiff of St. John’s Lutheran Church officiating at the double-ring-ceremony. The color scheme of the home decorations was pink and white.
The bride was gowned in white rayon crepe with pearls. Her bouquet combined chrysanthemums, pom poms and orange blossoms. Her sister, Miss Darlene Molle, Unity, dressed in rose rayon taffeta, with a rose colored veil and gold accessories, was her attendant. She wore a shoulder corsage of chrysanthemums and pom poms. David Huber of Spencer was best man.
Miss Bertha Hardrath played the wedding march, Mrs. Fischer and Mrs. Kinche singing several numbers.
A reception, which was held at the home of the bride’s parents, was attended by 22 guests.
The groom is engaged in farming.
The out-of-town guests included: Mr. and Mrs. Sam Zimmerman and daughter, Jeanette, of Granton; Mr. and Mrs. Fisher and Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Kinche, Dorchester; John Hoops, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Huber and Elroy Huber, Spencer, and the Rev. and Mrs. Reiff, Marshfield.
