Announcement has been made of the marriage of Miss Lydia Wepling of Royal Oak, Mich., and Edward Frane, son of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Frane. The wedding took place at the Shrine of the Little Flower at Royal Oak on Saturday, June 28th.
