Earl, Edna (Marriage - 2 Aug. 1941)
Miss Edna Earl, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Earl, Abbotsford, Wis., became the bride of Lewis W. Cattanach, Jr., Owen, in a ceremony performed last Saturday afternoon at St. Katherine’s Episcopal church in Owen, Wisconsin.
A corsage of pink roses accented the street-length dress of cadet blue worn by the bride. Mr. and Mrs. Edward D. Colburn, Argonne, attended the couple. Mrs. Colburn wore a tan ensemble and a rosebud corsage.
Immediately following a luncheon served in Owen, at the home of the bridegroom’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Cattanach, the couple left for a week’s stay at a resort at Arbor Vitae. They will reside in Owen and will be at home to friends after August 15th. The bridegroom is employed by the Western Condensing company. Mrs. Cattanach, since her graduation three years ago from the Central State Teachers college at Stevens Point, has been teaching at Goodman.
