Wienert, Edith (Nov 1875 - 18 Nov. 1942)

Mrs. Martin Hauge last week received word from the west which announced the death of her sister-in-law, Mrs. Carl Wienert, which took place in Fresno, Nov. 18th, 1942.

Mrs. Wienert, better known here as Mrs. Rudolph Neverman, was born in Black River Falls, the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Kurth, later residents of Neillsville, Wis., for many years. Her maiden name was Edith Kurth. The departed was about 65 years of age.

Although Mrs. Wienert had no children of her own, she reared and educated Harold Kurth, a son of Mrs. Martin Hauge.

In about 1901, Mrs. Wienert left Neillsville to make her home the west Fresno having been her home ever since.

Surviving are three sisters and a brother, namely: Bertha, Mrs. Sam Logan, Alameda, Calif.; Julia, Mrs. Irving Lowe, and Isabelle, Mrs. Chris. Reich, both of Stockton, Calif., and Arthur Kurth, San Francisco. The mother passed away last summer.
