John Keller

NEILLSVILLE -- John Keller, 75, of Neillsville, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2007, at Neillsville Memorial Medical Center.

No services will be held for John.

The Gesche Funeral Home of Neillsville is assisting John's family with the arrangements.

John was born in Mrzovic, Yugoslavia, on July 24, 1932, the son of Johann and Theresia (Mim) Keller. John came to the United States from Germany when he was 16. Not only did he learn to speak the language, he also learned how to proudly serve his new country in the U.S. Army. John discovered the pleasures of life, he enjoyed fishing and hunting, but his favorite hobby was farming.

John is survived by his daughters; Deborah (John) Crawford, Poynette, and Dianne K. Dow, Eau Claire; three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

He is also survived by one sister, Theresa Briickner, Austria.
