Pape, Cleo (20 MAY 1940)
Monday evening of this week friends of Miss Cleo Pape, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Pape, who reside two miles north of the city (Owen, Clark Co., Wis.), and Russell Dearth, son of Mr. and Mrs. J.A. Dearth, surprise them with a shower in their honor. The young couple were quietly married at Decorah, Ia., on Monday, May 20, 1940.
Mr. Dearth has been employed for some time at a creamery at Ogema, where they will make their future home. Mis Pape has lived at the home of her parents since graduating from the Owen High School with the class of 1935. The couple have the sincere wishes of their many friends for a long wedded life.
