Green Grove - May 21, 1942
Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Schauer of Abbotsford visited Monday with the former’s mother, Mrs. Bertha Schauer.
Mr. and Mrs. Albert Augustine and son, Delmar, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Aschenbrock and Mrs. Emma Glenzer spent Tuesday evening at the William Winkel home.
Mr. and Mrs. Otto Krueger and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Keller and daughters, Constance and Sharon, were Tuesday afternoon visitors of Mrs. Bertha Schauer and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Schauer.
Mr. and Mrs. Lavern Pacholke and son of Withee, spent Thursday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schuh.
Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Harsh of Stockbridge and Miss Emma Harsh of Berkley, Calif., were Monday and Tuesday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Winkel.
John Miller, Walter Miller, Theo. Sommers, Donald Sommers and Alvin Woik enjoyed several days fishing at Arbor Vita.
Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Sommers spent Tuesday evening at the Paul Woik home.
Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Glenzer and son motored to River Falls, Wis., on Sunday. On their return home they stopped off at Spring Valley and called on the Wm. Schauer family.
Mr. and Mrs. Victor Heschke and son, Dickie, of Sheboygan and Mr. and Mrs. Roland Heschke and daughter, Julaine, of Manitowoc visited Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Woik.
Mr. Vernon Sommer, Marlyn and Marilyn Sommer and Ralph Woik spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Harley Hardrath.
Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Woik and family were guests of friends at Owen Saturday evening.
Dr. Donald Sommer, Theo. Sommer, Alvin Woik and John Miller spent several days fishing at Arbor Vita.
Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Lulloff and family spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Fred Lulloff, Sr.
Mr. Herbert Buss and Miss Martha Buss made a pleasure trip to Wausau Monday.
Mrs. Richard Glenzer, Mrs. Joseph Janda and son, Dickie, visited Friday afternoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hake.
