LaVigue, Ada (1881 - 16 Aug. 1942)

Mrs. Ada LaVigue, nee Ada Harris, died on August 16th in Elamada, California, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Patrick La Velle. She was born in Ohio in 1881, and, when a year old, she moved with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Harris, to Wisconsin and settled in the town of Frankfort. Later they moved to the town of Hull, Wood Co., Wis. In 1903, she was married to Theo. La Vinge at Colby, Wis. About twenty-two years ago they moved out west. She had made two trips to Colby to visit her mother and brother. Her husband passed away several years ago in Washington.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Patrick La Velle of Elamada, Calif., and one son, Thomas La Vigue, also of California. Also three grand children of Reno, Neb., and one brother, Howard Harris, of Withee, Wis.
