Rashka, Michelle (Marriage - 18 June 2005)
Michelle Rashka and Troy Weichelt, both of Arpin, were married June 18, 2005 at 2:00 p.m., at St. Johns Lutheran Church, Auburndale, WI.
Pastor Mark Lundgren officiated at the ceremony. Opus String Quartet, Sarah Tichich sang.
Reception, Dinner and Dance was held at Riveredge Golf Course in Marshfield, WI.
The bride's parents are Joan Rashka of Medford and Marvin Rashka of Unity, Wis. The groom's parents are David and Darlene Weichelt of Arpin. The bride's father, Marvin Rashka, gave the bride away.
Cori Haugen was Matron of Honor. Bridal attendants were Suzanne Rashka of Louisville, KY; Patricia Gordin of Wimberly, TX; Tonya Kawleski of Arpin, WI; Lisa Stivarius of LaCrescent, MN; Sarah Tichich of Buffalo, MN.
Ponch Krings of Arpin was Best Man. Groom's attendants were Cory Weiler of WI Rapids; Scott Strigel of Arpin; Bryon Kolbeck of Marshfield; Justin Raab of Milladore; Mark Kumm of Arpin. Ushers were Jason Kundinger of Arpin and Ken Hirsch of Marshfield. Madison Quinlan of Arpin was the Flower girl and Vincent Gordin of Wimberly, TX was the Ring Bearer.
The bride is a 1995 graduate of Colby, Wis. High School and a has an Associates Degree in Accounting from Mid-State Technical College.
She is employed at Alliance Collection Agencies, Inc. as an Accounting Assistant. The groom is a 1996 graduate of Auburndale High School and received his Apprenticeship through IBEW Electrical Program. He is the Owner of Weichelt Trucking & Excavating LLC.
The honeymoon is to be determined. It's a surprise for the bride this winter.
