Fremont - by Mrs. Gordon Davis
The Fremont Homemakers’ club, which was to have met January 20 at the home of Mrs. John Rollins, were postponed one week to Wednesday, January 27, due to cold weather and drifted roads.
The Riverside Co-op. Cheese meeting was also postponed to a later date.
Robert Lee visited friends at Arpin Wednesday evening.
Gordon Davis and son, Clare, were business callers in Neillsville Wednesday.
William Happe, Jr., went out to the Otto Schmidtke home Friday morning to placard for children pox, little Norita Schmidtke being the patient.
Clare Davis went to Eau Claire Friday morning to a hospital and was operated on that afternoon for hernia.
Misses Evelyn and Mildred Sanger spent the weekend at their home here.
Mrs. Gordon Davis and Mrs. Otto Schmidtke spent Sunday afternoon at the Norman Freedlund home in Sherwood.
