The roads in this neighborhood were very busy ones the last week with the J. Martens sale Wednesday and C. Stiemke sale Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Stiemke moved onto their farm on the Sidney Road, Mr. and Mrs. William Bealow and daughter moving onto the place Clarence Stiemke vacated. Mr. and Mrs. J. Martens expect to move to Neillsville in the near future.

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Berger and sons and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Gehrt were Sunday evening visitors at the Herman Gehrt home.

Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Allen spent Sunday afternoon at the Orin Eastman home.

Mrs. William Zank called at the Arthur Stockwell home Thursday morning.

Mrs. Otto Wetzel left Monday for a month’s stay at Highland Park, Ill.

Albert Mashin called at the Orin Eastman home Thursday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Marden and daughters visited at the Herman Gehrt home Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. George Meihack visited with the Fred Nemitz family Sunday.

Mrs. Joe Poertner is spending several days with her daughter, Mrs. Ruby Jonkel.

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Wildish were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. M. M. Blish.

Mr. and Mrs. Herman Klann visited at the Arnold Ebert home Tuesday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. George Church were Sunday evening visitors at the Albert Sollberger home.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Zank and family spent Thursday evening with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Zank.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Zank and family visited with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Zank, Wednesday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Albert Mohr and family visited at the Herman Gehrt home Sunday evening.
