Pockat, Adeline (Marriage - 29 April 1943)
The marriage of Miss Adeline Pockat, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur A. Pockat, Marian, Wis., and Frank B. Johnson of this city, was solemnized at the Lutheran Church at Marion at 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 29, 1943, in a single-ring ceremony, the pastor of the Lutheran Church there performing the rites.
The attendants were: Miss Angeline Pockat, sister of the bride, and Bertie Schultz, of Neillsville, Wis.
A supper was served at the home of the bride’s parents, a reception following the ceremony. Among the guests were Luella Ferguson, Wheeler Forman and Bertie Schultz.
The bride is employed in the Parrish five to one dollar store at Marian, where she will continue to work, thought the couple will mark Neillsville their home.
