Neitzel, Emery W. (1904? - 1943)

Mr. and Mrs. Albert Kuehling and her mother, Mrs. Catherine Neitzel, who lived with them, attended the funeral of the latter’s son, Emery W. Neitzel, which was held at Colby Monday.

Mr. Neitzel was killed at the Chelsa railroad crossing last Thursday, enroute from Park Falls to Colby, when the truck, in which he was transporting lumber, was struck by a train.

Mr. Neitzel, who was 39 years of age, was the father of five children. He is survived by his wife and children, the mother and by the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Ralph Green, Abbotsford: Mrs. Otto Bublitz, Owen; Mrs. Harold Hansen, Fifield; Mrs. Albert Kuehling, Neillsville and Lawrence Neitzel, Abbotsford, Wis. He also leaves a group of nieces and nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, who passed away about ten years ago.
