Kademan, Elaine (Marriage - 16 July 1943)
Miss Elaine Kademan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Kademan of Curtiss, and Pvt. Marvin Seefluth of Loyal, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Seefluth, were united in marriage Friday, July 16, at a marriage ceremony performed in the St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran parsonage, Rev. M. C. Goetsch reading the marriage ceremony. The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Kademan.
The bride was attired in a becoming gown of white satin, trimmed with beads, with train and long lace-trimmed veil. Her bouquet consisted of carnations and roses. Mrs. Leonard Kademan wore a dress of blue satin and her bouquet also consisted of carnations and roses.
A seven o’clock dinner was served immediate members of the families at the home of the bride’s parents. Decorations included a pretty wedding cake.
The groom is stationed with the U.S. army at Camp Forest, Tenn., and returned to camp Wednesday, July 21st. The bride is employed at the Owen Beauty Shop and will continue to work there.
