Green Grove - Oct. 14, 1943
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hake and Mrs. A. Hake spent Monday at the M. McHone home at Granton.
Miss Martha Buss returned home Wednesday from Chicago where she had spent the past week visiting friends.
Glenn Scheel, who is employed in Milwaukee spent the week end at the Walter Hake home.
Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Kind and family called at the Anton Younker home at Dorchester Sunday evening.
Mrs. Walter Hake and grandson, Dickie Boneske, visited Tuesday with Mrs. Joe Miller in Colby, Wis.
Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Wiersig of Colby spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. L. F. Krueger.
Visitors at the Walter Hake home over the week were: Mr. and Mrs. Fred Lulloff and family on Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Orland Scheer on Wednesday and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Sommer and Mrs. Wesenberg on Friday.
Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Kind and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Singstock were Wausau callers Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Schauer and son, Kenneth, motored to Menomonie Saturday, returning Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Kind and family and Mrs. Louis Warnecke spent Tuesday at Marshfield.
