Word was received by Neillsville friends of the wedding of Miss Charlotte Roethe, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Roethe, editor of the Fennimore, Wis. Times, and granddaughter of Conrad Frantz, Neillsville, to Lt. Richard Branard, son of Mr. Ira Branard, formerly of Fennimore. The couple were married July 10, 1943, in Gadsen, Ala., where the groom is stationed. They are making their home there also.
