Wich, John (15 Feb. 1866 - 26 Aug. 1943)
John Wich, 77, passed away Thursday, August 26, at 12:15 p.m. at the home of Mrs. Eva Marden, where he had been making his home. Funeral services were held Monday, August 30, at 1:30 from Lowe’s Funeral home and at 2 p.m. from St. John’s Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Adolph Schumann officiating. Interment was made in the Neillsville Cemetery.
Mr. Wich was born to John and Katherine Wich, February 15, 1866, in Germany. He came to this country in 1911 and settled in Colorado. In 1933 he came to Clark County, and finally to Neillsville in 1942.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Lean Blaser, Logan, Utah, and Mrs. Anna Gray, Trinity, Texas. His wife preceded him in death on January 29, 1935.
