A very pretty wedding took place at the Lady of Lourdes Church at Chicago, on May 4th, 1940, when Miss Charlotte Sikorski of Chicago, Ill., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Sikorski of Palatine, Ill., was married to Mr. Edward Ahr, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. Ahr of Chicago.

The couple were attended by Miss Eleanore Sikorski, sister of the bride, and Mr. Raymond Ahr, brother of the groom.

A reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents in Palatine.

After a honeymoon to the West Coast the couple will reside in Chicago, where the groom is employed.

The bride is a former resident of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) and her friends join in extending congratulations.
