Pech, Marion Anna (Marriage - 12 Oct. 1944)
Miss Marion Anna Pech, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Pech of Unity, became the bride of Walter Michael Hartl, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Hartl of the town of Brighton, last Thursday morning at a ceremony performed in the rectory of St. Mary’s Catholic church at Colby by the Rev. August C. Barkowski. Miss Marie Hebert of Unity attended the bride and Edward Hartl was best man for his brother.
The bride was attired in a white ninon gown, styled with satin bodice with heart-shaped neckline, and a finger-tip veil caught to a coronet of seed pearls. The bride completed her attire with a pearl necklace, a gift of the bridegroom, and carried pink roses and white gladioli. Miss Hebert wore a pink ninon gown and carried an arm bouquet.
Dinner was served to 50 guests at the home of the bride’s parents. Decorations were carried out in pink and white. The couple is residing in Auburndale.
