At a ceremony which took place at 2:00 P. M. Saturday, August 10, 1940 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Davenport, Iowa, Miss Norma Jean Wisnosky, town of Unity, exchanged marriage vows with Mr. Torgony E. Anderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Anderson, town of Brighton. The Rev. J. A. Miller performed the ceremony.

A lapis blue dress trimmed in white lace and light blue velvet with white accessories and a shoulder corsage was worn by the bride.

Miss Marjorie Van Guilder of Mosinee, who was matron of honor, wore a tan jacket dress trimmed with beige. With it she also wore white accessories and a shoulder corsage. Mr. Don Wisnosky, brother of the bride, acted as best man.

At 6 o’clock dinner was served at Blackhawk Hotel to the immediate couples.

The bride, a graduate of the Rural Course at the Stevens Point State Teachers College, has taught foe the past none years in the elementary schools of Clark County and will continue teaching the ensuing year. The bridegroom, a graduate of the Stevens Point Teacher College having received a B. E. Degree, is doing inspection work at the Woodward Governor Co. at Rockford, Illinois.
