Brian and Denay Zabel of Spencer announce the engagement of their daughter, Danielle Dawn Zabel, to Shawn Brookhart, son of Robert and Shelly Brookhart of Granton.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Spencer High School and is attending the University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County. She is employed at Wal-Mart.
Her fiance is a 1999 graduate of Pittsville High School. He is employed at Big Apple Bagels and Zabel Painting.
A July 28, 2007, wedding is planned.
