Brown, LeRoy (1911 - 22 Oct. 1944)

LeRoy Brown, who had been making his home with his aunt, Mrs. Anna Guenther, was killed on October 22 while in action in the Pelelin Island which is the Palau group in the Pacific.

LeRoy was born in 1911, thus reaching the age of 33 years. When nine years of age, he became an orphan and made his home with his aunt, Mrs. Guenther. He is a graduate of Colby, Wis. High School. He is survived by a brother in Michigan and a sister in Chicago.
