Hello, I see your husband was related to Peter Fritz. I own a building in Unity that Peter Fritz built in 1909. There is a picture of it somewhere on this website. It is now called Ray's Market, if that helps you find it. I have alot of history of Unity, and may have some answers to your questions,I don't know. Ill see if I can be of some help.
