Meyer, Alfrieda Mrs. (Marriage - 22 Sept. 1945)

Alfrieda Meyer, daughter of Bertha Wilbert, and Arthur Edblom, son of Eric Edblom, were united in marriage at St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran parsonage Saturday, Sept. 22, Rev. M. C. Goetsch reading the marriage ceremony. The couple was attended by the bride’s son, Elmer Meyer, and the groom’s oldest son, Arnold Edblom.

The bride was attired in a brown suit with brown accessories and her corsage consisted of gardenias and tea roses.

A reception was held at the bride’s home which was nicely decorated with garden flowers.

The couple left on a wedding trip to Oshkosh, Wis., and will be at home after October 5th on the groom’s farm, route one, Unity, Wis.
