Thorp - July 13, 1881
The Fourth of July has come and gone with the discordant sounds of the drum and fife.
Mr. R. B. Salter, of Colby, Wisconsin was in town last week attending a very important law suit.
Mr. James Ablard was united to Miss Hannah Moore. May their path through life be happy.
Mr. J. R. Craig, the very efficient and gentlemanly agent has resigned. He will be succeeded by J. W. Wright.
