S. A. Cook was in town Monday.
Horse-back riding is the rage here just at present.
Miss Jessie Summer returned to her home in Merrill, Monday.
Mr. G. W. Henderson returned home from Minnesota, Monday.
There is a deplorable dearth of news and dry weather this week.
The Unity, Wis. High School closed for the summer vacation yesterday, and this (Wednesday) evening, the pupils will give an exhibition at the church.
W. W. McPhearson, who has been employed in shipping lumber for Sanger Rockwell & Co., for several months, left Unity for Milwaukee last week.
