The children of a family by the name of Brown, at Withee, Wisconsin were poisoned recently by eating wild parsnips, which they gathered in the woods. One of the children died but the rest have nearly recovered from the effects. Mr. Brown, the father of the children, was quite low with typhoid fever at the time.
