Melissa and Aaron Buesing
Melissa Plautz and Aaron Buesing exchanged marriage vows on November 5, 2005 at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in Wauwatosa, with the Rev. Gary Erickson officiating. Martha Lindow, soloist, and John Paradowski, organist provided music. A reception followed the ceremony at Country Springs Hotel in Waukesha.
The bride is the daughter of Terry and Linda Plautz of Owen, Wis. The groom is the son of John and Dale Buesing of New Berlin. Her father gave the bride in marriage.
Maid of honor was Cheryl Laube and bridesmaids were Jennifer Tischer, Jill Stumpner, Nicole Schmeda, and Danielle Kurz. Flower girls were Emily Simons and Ashley Fagan.
Best man was Aaron Fagan and groomsmen were Scott Hartman, Mike Raasch, Mike Plautz and Matt Retzlaff. Ring bearer was Caleb Fagan. Ushers were David Buesing and Phillip Kocken. Readers were Laurie Buesing and Kim Buesing. Greeters were Elizabeth Kocken and Steven Diederich.
The bride and groom both graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The bride earned a nursing degree and works at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa. The groom earned a degree in business and is the head golf professional at Bristlecone Pine Golf Course in Hartland.
The couple took a Caribbean cruise for their honeymoon and live in Waukesha.
