Snowden, Margaret (17 AUG 1940)

Fond du Lac, Wis. - Saturday morning, Miss Margaret Snowden, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Snowden, Fond du Lac, was married to Leo Buzynski (Burzynski?), son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Buzynski of Thorp, (Clark Co.,), Wis. The ceremony was read by the Rev. Joseph Ziebarth at 10 o’clock, at St. John’s Church.

Miss Snowden wore a navy blue ensemble with a navy blue picture hat and navy slippers. Gardenias with rosebud centers and bouvardia constituted her corsage.

Her maid of honor, Miss Mary Gedhe, wore a pink tailored dress with white accessories. She wore a corsage of pink gladioli and mist.

Stanley Navarre, Milwaukee, was best man.

A wedding breakfast was served at the newlyweds’ apartment for the wedding party and a few friends. The young couple will live at 809 Milwaukee Av.

I am Margaret and Leo's youngest daughter. I was researching my mother and came across this post. Thank you for the information.

If my mother ever mentioned her wedding, I don't remember the details. I do know they were married on August 17.
