LIVERY BARN CHANGES HANDS
After considerable delay in getting the papers made out, a deal was finally consummated last week whereby Otto Sauter, who for quite a number of years past has been owner and proprietor of the livery barn in this village, traded his property and business for the eighty-acre farm of Charles Schauss, located 4 1-2 miles southeast of the village. The official change was made Monday when their respective families and household goods were moved.
