Combs, Cecil H. (1904? - 25 JAN 1941)

Injuries experienced in a fall from a window of the Clark County Hospital proved fatal to Cecil H. Combs Saturday, Jan. 25, 1941, at St. Joseph’s Hospital at Marshfield, where he was taken for treatment.

Mr. Combs was 36 years of age at the time of his death.

Final rites were conducted from the Griebenow Funeral Home, Tuesday, Jan. 28, with Rev. J.H. Rostad officiating. Burial was made in the Riverside Cemetery.

Mr. Combs is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Combs of Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), and three sisters, Mrs. August Slock and Mrs. Ray Sock of Withee, and Mrs. Roger Hutton of Stanley; and two brothers, Roy Combs of Stanley and Fred Combs of Lansing, Mich. Fred was unable to attend the final rites.
