Unity, Wis. - Sept. 13, 1894
Mrs. Geo. Ward went to Marshfield, Monday to spend the day.
A. Cook and son Herbert started Tuesday evening for an extended trip through the West.
Miss Ida Groelle left for Ashland, Wednesday morning, where she will work in a milliner establishment.
Mrs. E. Vogt and sons Herman and Edwin, returned, last Saturday, from a three weeks visit in Manitowoc Co.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Phine, of Waukesha, were the guests of the family of W. T. McGuire several days last week.
Miss Mary Hall went to Colby, Sunday to be on hand Monday morning to commence her duties as primary teacher there.
J. R. Scott, of Athens, formerly superintendent for D. J. Spaulding at this place, was in town last week renewing old acquaintances.
A dime social will be held at the residence of Mrs. H. Brintnall, Friday evening, by the ladies of the M. E. church. A musical and literary program has been arranged and a cordial invitation is extended to all.
