Ziehr, Arlene (23 June 1936 - 4 Dec. 2007)

Arlene Ziehr, 71, Chippewa Falls, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2007, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Eau Claire.

Funeral services were held Dec. 7 at the Horan Funeral Home, Chippewa Falls. Rev. Edmund Doerre of Holy Ghost Church, Chippewa Falls, presided and interment was in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Cadott.

Arlene was born June 23, 1936, in Cadott to William and Catherine (Marek) Ziehr.

She had worked as a seamstress for several years and was married to Frank Albrecht for twenty years.

Arlene is survived by one son, Frank (Michelle) Albrecht, Abbotsford; one brother Larry Ziehr, Chippewa Falls; two sisters, Eleanor Ziehr, Chippewa Falls, and Caroline Mahal, Cadott; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Leonard and Eugene Ziehr; and two sisters, Kathleen Siechter and Evelyn Mayer.
