Margaret H. Willner, 86, Colby, died Thursday, December 13, 2007, at St. Joseph Hospital, Marshfield.
Margaret was born on December 16, 1920, in Spencer to Frank and Louise (Korth) Cramer.
She graduated from Spencer High School in 1938. Margaret married Lester Willner on December 12, 1942.
Margaret was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. She was on the Evangelism Committee and sewing circle at church. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Colby VFW. Margaret was a certified nurse assistant and did volunteer work for many years at Colonial House Nursing Home.
Margaret is survived by her children, Sharon (Ray) Rachu, Colby, Nancy Willner, Marshfield, Trudy (Mike) Nell, Unity, Lester (Kathy) Willner, Colby, and James (Heather) Willner, Marshfield; 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; brother and sister-in-law, Reiny and Bernadine Willner, Janesville; and best friend, Ginny Hederer, Colby, Wis.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lester (March 16, 1987); grandson, William; four brothers; and one sister.
Services were held Tuesday, Dec. 18, at 10:30 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, Colby, Wis. Rev. Mark Neumann presided. Burial was in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, North Spencer, Wis. Pallbearers were Ronald Rachu, Jeffrey Rachu, Terry Kroening, Todd Kroening, Jesse Willner and Justin Willner.
Honorary Pallbearers were Gregory Rachu, Douglas Rachu, Troy Rachu, Trina Skime, Trent Kroening, Timothy Kroening, Tasha Kroening, Kim Willner, Katie Willner, Tiffany Willner, Kourtney and Kory.
Visitation was at the Community Funeral Home, Colby, from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 17, with VFW Auxiliary service at 7 p.m. and one hour before services at the church on Tuesday.
