Clouse, Helena (3 MAY 1896 - 14 OCT 1940)
Mrs. Helena Clouse, 44, of 219 1/2 N. Central avenue, Marshfield, died at 5 o’clock Monday afternoon, Oct. 14, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, where she had been a patient for the past week. Death followed a lingering illness.
Funeral rites were conducted Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock, Oct. 16, followed by a 2 o’clock service at Zion Evangelical Church.
Helena Sophia Herber was born in Fennimore May 3, 1896, and was married in 1916 in Loyal to Wallace John Clouse. She had been a resident of Marshfield for about five years.
Surviving are three daughters’ Misses Irene and Evelyn, Marshfield, and Miss Ella, Wausau.
Mrs. Clouse resided here for many years and has many friends who extend sympathy to her daughters in their time of sorrow.
