Curtiss (June 4, 1915)
The Curtiss baseball team played the Greenwood boys last Sunday and took a trimming 8 to 4. The Curtiss boys played good ball at times and also some very poor ball. Lack of practice was much in evidence. "Big Ben" Marquardt pitched shutout ball, holding Greenwood to four hits and striking out nine men, but errors behind him lost him his game. Reishus had his batting clothes on, collecting two singles and a home run. The boys are going to Stetsonville next Sunday and get revenge. They will get it too, if practice helps any.
